Our Covid 19 Commitment:
A Covid-19 Manager has been appointed within the hotel to ensure compliance with the sanitary measures put in place.
Personnel are trained, equipped with single-use masks and follow established safety protocols.
Mandatory hydro-alcoholic gel on arrival of each guest at the reception and available at discretion in the different areas of passage.
Masks available to our guests. Display barrier gestures throughout the hotel.
Point of contact in all areas of passage of the hotel regularly disinfected with a certified product and cleaning schedule accessible to all.
Cleaning of rooms with treatment of contact points with disinfectant recommended by the sanitary protocol. Ventilation of the rooms after each passage.
Towels, bed linen and clothes washed in accordance with the recommendations of the authorities. Our guests may refuse the cleaning service of the accommodation during their stay.
Respect physical distancing rules. Check-in and check-out – credit card payment recommended. Physical barriers and plexiglass screen installed at reception.
Delivery of meals in room in compliance with sanitary rules. Plates, cutlery, glasses and other items of the dishes at your disposal are washed in the dishwasher at more than 60°. Breakfast service and room service in room only. The welcome, the smile, the advice, the attention, the sharing, the sweetness, the atmosphere, the desire to pamper you, it has not changed!
