European Archaeology Days at the Palais Rohan on June 13 and 14

On June 13 and 14, 2026, the Strasbourg Archaeological Museum will host a new edition of the “Archaeology Village” as part of European Archaeology Days. Throughout the weekend, visitors of all ages can participate in a variety of free activities and learn about careers in archaeology in a fun and interactive way.

The program includes tours, demonstrations, creative workshops, archaeological digs, ceramics, ancient writing, numismatics, and meetings with experts. Several new activities will also be offered, as well as guided tours of the museum’s exhibitions.

The Archaeology Village will be held at the Archaeological Museum, located in the Palais Rohan, in the heart of Strasbourg’s historic center. The venue is easily accessible via trams A and D (stop “Langstross / Grand’Rue”) as well as trams B, C, and F (stop “Broglie”).

A wonderful cultural outing, offering a journey through history and an opportunity to discover the secrets of archaeology.
