Fête du bilinguisme à Stasbourg

On Saturday, May 23, 2026, starting at 2 p.m., Strasbourg will celebrate the third annual Bilingualism Festival on Place Kléber. Throughout the afternoon, concerts, performances, and activities will highlight the diversity of languages and cultures in a festive and friendly atmosphere.

People of all ages can take part in games, creative workshops, readings, and storytelling sessions centered on the linguistic heritage of Alsace, Germany, and Franco-German culture, with many associations and cultural organizations in attendance.

The festivities will continue in the evening with a screening of the Alsatian film "D’r Herr Maire" at Le Cosmos cinema at 7 p.m., followed by an Alsatian-style bingo game hosted by Au Coin de Kneckes starting at 8 p.m.

Place Kléber is easily accessible via trams A, B, C, D, and F; get off at the "Homme de Fer" stop. You can also easily walk to Place Kléber from the historic city center and the cathedral.

A unique, family-friendly event celebrating bilingualism and Europe’s cultural diversity in the heart of Strasbourg.
